LINUX PLESK. NEED TO MOVE DATA, EMAIL SERVER, SECURITY

Need IT network to help move data from other hard drive to other hard drive and make all the site on server live. It need to configure email server to avoid spam and setup a tight security. Need to make sure that no malware and virus in on server and optimize server speed. Need to make sure that email from import contact work hotmail, yahoo, gmail , .edu, net and other email extension to not go to spam folder. Need to remount slave drive if necessary. Make sure that the server have a tight security and no firewall is blocking ip. Make sure that all out going mail is not sending out spam and the server need to be setup to do mailing list and newsletter. Need to make sure that all necessary plugin for email server, file compression, virus is all install. Please see attachment to fix import contact
