What I want to do is have a link I can email to my clients that allows them to look at the artwork I've designed for them and approve or decline it. It must work well on mobile or desktop.
There is an existing solution called [login to view URL] See attached video as a sample.
I want something similar but with a little different functionality
On the back end, I can go in and customize what everything looks like to the customer, including having my copyright text show up on each proof.
I can also set up my email templates as you can see at the end of the video so I don't have to type all of that information every time. And also have a library of clients to choose from.
Those are the most important aspects. The back end doesn't need to look pretty, but when the client clicks the link, it should look good to them. I can help with that by sending you a template to use? On their link, there will be an approve or decline button for each proof image that I upload and a spot for them to write any changes they need. Then when they click approve or decline, it just sends me an email with whatever they've written.
It should also have auto-reminders so i can tell it to send two more follow up emails at whatever intervals I choose (1 day, 7 days, 2 hours, etc...).
