Move Store From CRE Loaded to Magento

I have an existing CRE Loaded website that I want to move over to Magento. I already have the colors and the logo for the website I am just looking for a new design and the custom functionalities I have in the admin area built into the new platform. This project would also include moving over the database of the existing customers, products, product images, and other things of the current store so that everything will work perfectly on Magento.
I'm not looking for anything on this website to be second-best. I'm looking for a one-of-a-kind remarkable design with close attention to detail. We work in a very niche market and so the website is very specialized for what we do. The website offers physical products, services as well as downloads.
Ideally we are looking for a developer that has worked with CRE Loaded in the past and knows the inner workings of Magento very well. There will be design work involved in this website as some of the images will most likely need to be redone and the website will need new images for our products and/or services
The website currently has less than 250 products, services and downloads so it's not all that big. On this new website we will be using Tawk as the live chat module. I also want to add if there is a better platform for what we are looking to do we are open to new ideas so please feel free to share them. We will work with the developer on this project where ever it is necessary and can help out when needed.
