I need some Graphic Design /recreate canvas artwork from photograph (psd format) digitally

I have 2 pieces of artwork. Each a PSD file of a photograph of a canvas piece. I want to print this artwork onto t shirt however now i am looking at the samples the imperfections are obvious. So i need someone who can copy this artwork in illustrator or another program to produce digital files which i can use for printing.
