online Auction and classified in the of some custom work

we want the auction and classified layout to be re customize..

and the classified section should be rebuild to profession pls check the attachments and read the info below carefully

every post ether for auction or classified there should be for sale by owner , for sale by business asking price plus applicable tax . poster /seller should be able to to choose which that apply to them from posting stage and it will show on the ad if for sale by owner or by business/dealer

pre made declaration

and seller should be able to indicate if what they selling item working but Asis condition ,unknow condition ,in ok condition , good condition or used but like new . brand new ,open box never used

5 no duplication of ads should be allow. at any time.. meaning we want
