There is a site that convert the PSD online..it does some decent job
but it needs more editing

+ See instructions for pdf and PSD #1 which you need to create based on template and
later like all others make them in Word Format so a user can make changes and save it as PDF after he make changes to the word
So each PSD we want in editable Word with instructions above+ design the new #1 based on the template in the zip with the text we have give you

Show us 1 PSD that in editable word..we can see close to original with the changes we mentioned above and then you can do the rest
