I am wanting to cover up an old tattoo on my arm and to do so, I want a cartoonish but still realistic picture of a trout playing an acoustic guitar. I would like the acoustic guitar to fashioned in the shape of the attached Andy powers instrument company guitar. I would be open to there being a background to the fish or the fish "standing" in/on top of the river itself. I would like the trout to be fashioned after YouTube Hank Patterson's "CuttyRainBrown Trout". This trout species is not real and is a combination of a Cutthroat, Rainbow and Brown trout. Hank Patterson made a movie called "Mystery of the cuttyrainbrown". There is an image of the fish on the front cover of the movie. I attached a link to the movie below. I would like for there to be a some indication, subtle but visible, of the scene being in Ennis Montana. I am thinking the Ennis town sign of being small in the background. Attached a link. I would also be open to Hanks "Paralyzer to the chode" image or his catch phrase "snap it" being incorporated.

I am thinking the trout would be standing upright on his tail fin and using both his pelvic and pectoral fins to hold the guitar... I don't mind if they are bigger but I want the fish to be somewhat accurate. I am open to any and all artistic perspective but I know that what I listed above is all important. I'm thinking something about 6-8 inches tall and 3-4 inches wide. It's going to be on my right bicep.
