Very skilled developer. Wordpress, Hard coding, etc ONGOING WORK -- 4

I need a developer to work with us on multiple different projects. We have 100s of projects a year, and we need more freelancer to work for us on an ongoing basis.

You need to be very skilled. And you need to be able to jump from project to project as we need you.

We will pay you by the hour, and everything need to be tracked in freelancer.

You also need to be able to do very small adjustments in regards to photos. Like an example we might send you 10 different photos, that all might need to be made into the same format before we put them on the website. Or maybe they all need to be made black and white etc

I cant have a developer that ask us to do things like that.

Also - VERY important: You need to work fast, when we tell you to work. We know how long different work is supposed to take. And when we give you tasks you have to do them asap, not do some other things first, or even worse have to figure out how to do it before you start working.... We need SKILLED developers. Then you will have lots of work all the time.
