*Module for Map locations already installed
*Contact us form is the Magento default – may need to purchase extension for this. I leave this up to the freelancer.
*Form must be able to email 1 of 4 different email addresses from the desired location selection
Items for the Contact Page.
Map visible of all 4 locations prior to selection.
Ability to add more locations, 4 locations currently: listed with address, phone number, and email address. (This is already setup.)
Once location is selected zooms in on appropriate location & Contact message will route to the selected locations email address.
Contact us has a drop down with desired location to contact. Second, drop down with the ability to select a Subject. (Have A Questions, Get A Quote, Make An Appointment, Other) This subject will be used in the title of the form email. When selecting make an appointment The field selection for Date and Time will be presented to select.
Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm
***this is not going to make an appointment, it will only send the date and time information via email to the desired location email address.1 of the 4 selected email addresses***
Contact fields – *Select Location,* Name, *Phone number, *Email address, Subject (have a question, request a quote, make an appointments (drop down w date and time with this option), other), message.
* are required fields.
2. A total of 13 Images need to be changed to fit the proper categories of the site.
Possibly a few text on those images.
I am able to provide a number of images, PSD, sources, theme files, etc.
*HD high quality photos only, no fuzzy, pixelated images. MUST BE ABLE TO READ THE TEXT & SEE A CLEAR PRODUCT AND TEXT*
Eample of changes:
Header images 1-3 changed , already edited photos will be provided, originals can also be provided if needed.
*original image 1 can be used as image 3 if desired.
[login to view URL] page - no blog
Would like this page to pull information from the social media account page. one or all (Fb, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Home Page-will show the latest 3 social posts where the blog 3 topics currently are.
*Must show comments, replies, share, etc.
Must be able to show/play, photos, videos, sound clips, etc.
*Open to suggestions on how to accomplish this.
*If blog topics remain, change images to do with headers, exhaust, etc.
