I currently have a website but its not working how I would like.

I will need clients to be able to pick images from photos, delete them, swap them, move them to different place and be able to upload their own to go in a spot the same size as the others.
All images are exactly same size.
I need client to be able write text, remove or keep border and change fonts.
They will be able to choose different sizes and I want the image to reflect that.
Client can make image go from colour to grey scale and sepia tone.
Once job is done, I want a job sheet to be created, also a print file to be done based on clients final design.
I want print file to be done and be in high resolution so i can go to print right away.
I don’t want to have to have to design the canvas for every order, I want it to be generated and I download print ready file.
I will also need to website designed.
