Client Mobile App - repost

We are looking to have a mobile app designed for our clients. Wireframe has been attached. RESTful API w/ JSON is already in place with documentation. There will be no billing done through this app, but it will require the Api key to be stored in the headers once a user logs in. This is a very simple app. Documentation will be provided to the selected bidder. Graphics will also be provided. We wish for the app to look like the wireframe examples.

This project will require both phone and tablet app. It will be done in stages, android or iOS first then the other.
