Need an expert with Server, Cpanel, WHM for storage purpose and with IBM Aspera on Cloud

Hello there,

I am looking an expert with the followings:

1. My file size is 18gb but it is taking over 175gb storage on my server, therefore it is shutting down my site, so need you to clear all the unnecessary files, empty out the storage and set up the system in my Cpanel properly so it does not keep storing unnecessary files and does not take storage.

2. I have a site which shows in the backup 17.7gb, and I would like you to help me to upload it in icloud, google drive or IBM Aspera on Cloud. You must be familiar with the IBM Aspera on Cloud.

3. You must be patience, hard working, much knowledgeable with the WHM, Cpanel, server and how the files storage works, also IBM Aspera on Cloud, must be willing to work with my by sharing my screen through either teamviewer or anydesk.
