Burgundy map - very precise book illustration

I am looking for a highly skilled illustrator to create a realistic map of Burgundy for a book. The map is available online (more detailed than the one in attachment but not vectorized). I need it to be vectorized and make it more classic (The history is supposed to take place in the 16th century in France).
The illustration must be very precise and accurate. I have specific reference materials and examples that must be followed. The size and dimensions of the illustration are yet to be determined.
I insist on the fact that there are a lot of details in the map and that we may need multiple revisions until we get the final desired result so please take it into consideration when bidding!
I will need two different covers/designs/
