We are a company providing full assistance for the receipt of residence permits in Latvia, which is one of European Union countries. On 2010 amendments in Immigration law came in force allowing foreigners to acquire residence permit for 5 years, if the foreigner has purchased a real property in Latvia for a minimum of 150 000 EUR (most popular option) or invested money as subordinated loan in one of Latvian banks. This opportunity is not only tempting because it provides ability without limitations to live in one of EU countries (which also serves as work permit), but it also allows freely without visa to travel to other EU countries and live there no more than 3 month in a year.

We are looking for agents, who are willing to find/attract clients in their country, who would have an intent to receive this residence permit. In addition such agent is required to deliver precise introduction information to potential clients about the requirements listed above and documentation needed for the receipt of such residence permit on the basis of information provided by us. Most often the client will be willing to visit Latvia, in order to choose real estate, but it is also possible for us to provide our services remotely on the basis of power of attorney. The agent is only required to do the actions stated above, once the client chooses to use the service, we manage everything here in Latvia, which is necessary for the successful outcome, including legal consultations, finding the real estate or bank, meeting at the airport, assisting in other matters, which allows the foreigner not to worry about anything.

Remuneration is based on the package of services the client chooses, but the minimum fee is 500 EUR (~650 USD) for each attracted client up to 1500 EUR (~2000 USD), most often the fee should be 1000 EUR (~1300 USD).
