Design & Manage Digital Marketing Strategy For Furniture Showroom

I’m hoping this is going to be of interest to you.

We’re a contemporary furniture business based in NW London, established 35 years ago.

20,000 sq ft showroom working with some of the sexiest European brands in the market.

We also offer an interior design & complete home refurbishment service.

We’re in the process of rebranding ourselves and rebuilding our website to reflect what we actually do, which the current website does not reflect AT ALL.

We used a UK company to design some pages for our new site and have sent these to India to be built.

The new site will be fully ecommerce with the aim of selling online to retail clients but also offering a different pricing structure to verified Interior Designers (trade pricing)

We currently spend about £6k/month on Adwords

£1k on FB marketing

£500 on SEO – mainly link building targeting about 40 keywords.

We are not doing any content marketing.

We use a CRM called Sharp Spring – web leads come into SS and are allocated to showroom salespeople, who then call up clients to persuade them to come into the showroom.

We’re looking for someone to help us put together a solid digital marketing strategy including email, SMS, SEO, PPC and content marketing.

Someone who will help us

1. Design the entire sales funnel and then help us learn how to monitor it.

2. Help us examine and set up a continuous testing strategy to monitor and improve UI/UX for the new website.

3. Create a robust digital marketing strategy that brings in all the various functions

4. Help us select an agency or a team of freelancers who will carry out the PPC / SEO etc

5. Monitor the overall digital strategy

Would prefer someone London based but if you're not, its not a deal breaker.

Ideally someone who has a team of tried and tested freelancers who can carry out the SEO and PPC (and any other ) work.

So ideally we put together a virtual team who can work together for a few hours a week and help us to continuously improve our business.
