Need help with Amazon Sales Conversions/Advertising for 10 items

I am selling in a niche market of water filters. There are a few listings that really need help in getting sales. I'm not savvy enough to know how to get these listings to be more appealing or keywords or anything. I'm willing to spend on advertising to boost sales on these items. Some are just duplicate listings of other very popular items but with a slight twist so we don't clumped together because Amazon likes to steal listings and under cut us on the product. We've made it so we are the only sellers of this particular item.
