Required hybrid (cross platform) mobile application which will run in window,android and ios platform

functionality

1. registration process : Application will send username and mobileno to the server and get 10 character code. eg 'ABCD100001' or errorcode 'ERRR000000'. store uniquecode into the local database.

2. Background service will get data from a predetermined URL along with registered paramenters on a regular cycle.

Check the recieved content in the local database. if content is new then store it in the local database and notify It.

Option for viewing the fullcontent

The URL and interval between must be easily configurable via variables in the plugin.

start the service automatically and running continously with out killing by os.

Requirements:-

Full phonegap plugin including all the source code (android/java/javascript/html/css files)

Full instructions and support in getting the plugin working with the app.

Compatible with the latest version of cordova/phonegap

Compatible with all version of android from 2.3+, iPhone, windows
