I am looking for someone to make an app that will allow users to create an account, then views video ads, download apps and click ads to earn a profit. This is a low budget project, however if the app is successful, the freelancer may be rehired in the future to upgrade the app. For reference, see "Instant Rewards" on the App Store. The freelancer MUST be willing to accept a milestone that is paid AFTER the app in completed as I have fallen victim to scams on this website before. NO EXCEPTIONS!.
The freelancer must be able to create the app, plus a database for user accounts as well as a control panel system to add the content from my end.
