Build a Project tracker application along with dashboards, reports features

We are into energy services and need an application to track and monitor our projects on a daily basis. Couple of employees will be using this application. So it is expected to have a RBAC to give permissions what they should or should not have access to. We should have the ability to input the projects and then they get displayed in a tabular form. The table should have options like sorting, filtering, and it should also have the feature to export selected data as PDF or excel document (something like DataTables). In addition to that there should be some dashboards to view the data in a pie char, bar chart, line graph etc (something like Chart JS, D3 JS, etc). This application will be hosted in a sub-directory on our website. We need it to be developed on a PHP framework like Codeigniter (preferrable), Laravel or something. You can come up with suggestions for the same. Please get back to us for further information.
