Create a chrome extension that change a url onload

I'm looking for someone who can create a simple chrome extension that do this trick:
1. User is visiting [login to view URL] (or [login to view URL], [login to view URL], https://www.site.com...)
2. Automatically the url should be changed to [login to view URL]
After this job some other similar extensions should be create but please bid for this one first.
