Need a R, Python and/or Javascript program to draw heatmap/contonur map with clustering

My program will generate many JSON Pivot tables (facet_pivot field in the attached JSON data). Your R, Python and/or Javascript program should :
1. first cluster the pivot table by (a) k-means, (b) carrot2, or (c) hierarchical clustering. The more clustering methods that I can choose, the better.
2. draw heatmap/contour map using R, Python, and/or Javascript based on the clustered pivot table. The colour gradient in heat map or contour map should be smooth.
3. be able to put labels on the heatmap/contour map.
If you develop the program in R or Python, I will run it in a Ubuntu webserver. If you use Javascript, please use d3.
Also attached are some of output examples that your program should likely to produce.
If you are interested in this project, please submit your bid along with prior heat maps/contour maps that you have produced for consideration.
