Its called EMPOWER Women's Fitness based in East Cork, its all about health, fitness, wellbeing encouraging and empowering women to be better both mentally & physically and reflecting the strength within us while having a little fun and losing weight at the same time!
I will have numerous fun classes every day, while training clients on a one to one basis also.
Its all classes, personal training & nutrition plans. Pink, black and white will be theme colours of the business as its fun yet powerful.
