7 channel Speaker remapper

I need to remap speaker outputs from a 7.1 channel home audio receiver depending upon which way the room occupants are facing.

A board with 7 audio inputs (1 for each speaker output of the receiver) and 8 audio outputs, and a wired remote control a/b switch that uses a technology where I can easily extend the wire length with an extension I can purchase at my local store or easily online.

The a/b switch would determine how the speaker outputs are mapped, as below.

I would set up 8 speakers at the four corners and four centers of the room.

Map A would look like this: (Facing North)

[Left Front]----[Center Speaker] --- [Right Front]

[Left Middle]----------------------------[Right Middle]

[Left Rear] --- [Unused Speaker]--- [Right Rear]

Map B Would look like this: (Facing East)

[Left Rear] ---------[Left Middle]-----[Left Front]

[Unused Speaker]---------------------- [Center Speaker]

[Right Rear] -------[Right Middle]----[Right Front]

By remapping the outputs internally, only one set of wires has to go to each speaker.

All safeguards to insure there is no damage to the receiver or the speakers from feedback etc. and while switching, must be inherent in the design.

Board must be in a project case, (smaller the better) have the same push wire connections found for attaching bare speaker wire to receivers. 7 inputs and 8 outputs should be clearly marked on device.

Final project sent to me in Florida as a plug and play solution.
