I need a little tool which I can have on my mobile phone (Android), which allows me to log the details on my exact location and add some specific comments, several comments will be added over time. The details logged must go into a common database - which several people will be adding to via each of their apps on different devices, and which we should be able to access e.g. online. I need support to create both the mobile app and the database.
Three milestones in project (payment can be linked to these): 1. When solution is defined in detailed and agreed. Solution must include an illustration, details of platforms/systems recommended to use, illustration of speed and userfriendliness ideally through reference to other similar apps. 2. When app is developed. 3. when database is developed.
App must be able to:
1. Log GPS coordinates of exact location (these coordinates must be compatible with e.g. Google Maps), through press of a button.
[login to view URL] type of location via dropdown list ie. outlet, transportation point, landmark, etc. (estimated 5 types).
[login to view URL] a number of options in drop-down boxes e.g. what type of outlet, what type of products (multiselect), size of outlet, target audience. Estimate in total 8 dropdown boxes with 3-10 options in each (I will provide list and drop down options). Dropdown boxes will differ depending on what is chosen in point 2.

[login to view URL] 1 or several pictures, which will be added to the file.

7. After initial input, it must be possible to revert to location (file) monthly and add comments (5 fields, which must be flexible to change over time) and pictures.
8. The app must have a simple search function and identifier based on location, so easy to find file once revisiting location.
9. Register who is logging the details at what date.
The app is for internal use only, and is not expected to have more than 50 users.

The database should just be an advanced excel sheet, Access database or similar capturing all data. The location incl. name is the unique identifier, and there must be a column for each input field. The pictures should be included if possible, though I am open to different options on how to capture the pictures linked to the file.
The database does not need any functionalities other than viewing and exporting, though should be done in a software where we can continue to build on the functionality in the future.
