iOS app to request a taxi ride

I need someone to build a iOS app that allows a registered member to send a taxi request. Some mockups are attached below. These are some features I need:

1) pick up my GPS location and tell me if I'm in service area (eg. if i'm in China, server API will return No service available based on GPS location)

2) allow me to book an taxi NOW or Later (pick date/time)

3) pickup location (GPS location OR enter another ADDRESS with autocomplete, and based on the ADDRESS entered, call Google Places API to suggest stores. For example, if I want to get pickup at McDonald's restaurant at 200 University Ave. and I enter "200 University Ave" as address the app should call Google Places API and let me pick the near by stores from eg. McDonald's, KFC, Harvey's etc... OR saved locations)

4) dropoff location (enter address with autocomplete OR saved locations)

5) Map out the trip using googlemap, and show estimate fare (based on # of KM
