iphone app that should have UI similar to talking Tom app and dummy voice process

The app UI should be like of talking Tom app but with a dog (preferred someone that can do graphics but given the proper graphic format desired we can supply it) The app should detect certain voice types but at a very basic level. The app will speak several sentences but with almost no logic beyond Work will be fully accepted if apple will not find any bugs when trying to publish to app store
