- Construct Simple Backend that will manager users, edit profiles, points and notify us of pending payouts

Current we have source code server back-end and android of simple reward app.I need create hybrid app can post to android and ios. Need modify php source server add more function. And create new ios, android app using same the way call api by sample source
This app is essentially the following:
1. User Regsiters using email or social network (FB & twitter) or google+
2. User completes various offers using offerwalls (SuperSonic Ads, NativeX, Vungle,Adcolony, etc)
3. When user completes offer advertiser posts to postback script that updates users points
4. User can see his stats and points and when they reach 100 points they can request a paypal payment
5. App notifies admin to send money
Simple as that not rocket science.
