I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. It is an A.I. study project. I want to have an mobile app and database server. User can use the app to take a photo of any receipt, then the app return a excel file that contain the Date, Time, Amount, Company name... Something very similar as OCR, the only different is it can learn from user feedbacks.
Need all source code and explain it in very detail. As i am a totally new at mobile app, you will need to let me understand everything (as a lesson).
Cantonese speaking is a must.
