Need a custom mobile app made. (quickly!)
I need someone who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create a feature rich, nice looking, mobile app.
Decription of App: (Keep basic until NDA signed)
This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly.
Basicly,the user will sign in or sign up via fb or google+.then there will be two [login to view URL] one will take the user to a form and user will fill a form. The second one will lead the user to a menu with a several [login to view URL] you click to the button you will see the forms filled by the others randomly and vote for them.
Requirements:
-Someone who can not only code but also dp the UI design.
-Someone who has at least 250 hours on odesk or freelancer.
-Someone who has a high rating.
-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products.
-Someone who speaks English well.
