Write ONE Basic Android Video Screen for MVP

Hi,
I just want somebody to create a simple video screen for MVP.
It must contain a video that can:
1. Rotate (For example, VideoView cannot rotate the video, for some reason. )
2. Be loaded via external URL (for example, the video will be uploaded to Amazon S3 or Google Cloud, and the app must be able to load it from there)
Also, the video should be able to be disposed (with no memory leaks) when the user navigates to another activity, for example.
There really is not much more to it.
Ideal candidate must have experience with Video streaming and all video related topics.
