We have moodle mobile app (rebranded) when new user is created it sends a link to the user's email to confirm the registration process. We need to replace the email method by an OTP verification code sent to mobile number of the user by SMS so when he/she enters the sent code it means the process is confirmed. (As same as Whatsapp).
