HIP HOP SAMPLES SOFTWARE TUBE SAMPLER!

looking for a coder who knows a bit about making beats and sampling.

I want a very simple SAAS app that can take like 2 to 4 second samples from youtube videos (no need to download like 10 meg songs and find the sample) - just point and click select sample in the browser with MAGNFIED timeline bar for PRECISION sample grabbing.

Then I want simple track stacker system where the user can dump a breakbeat on - maybe only like 5 layers of sounds at most - SAAS browser based music composition software.

example [login to view URL] seconds 1-5 I would want to grab as like a 50 kb sample and start looping - then add breakbeats and vocals as easily as possible - maybe on mobile phone!

Like a digital crate digger app for really quick composition of beats.

Looking for someone who can do this cheap cheap cheap for notoriety and fame I can probably pay you way more later when it gets popular! - IT IS MUCH NEEDED MUSIC TECHNOLOGY!
