Send Sms from already established database

a. I have a customer database that is added to regularly by my Microsoft SQL POS application. In the customer database. I would like to send SMS messages to my clients based on criteria that I select (Zipcode, State, etc). It should very something very simple so that my office helps can use it. My database is on the server but the SMS modem is on another machine. My server has on terminal server and I cannot get it to work on that machine correctly.

b. My SQL POS application allows me to create reports in variety of different formats. I can export to Excel, create a crystal file, Excel, CSV, etc. I created a report that would allow me to see the cell phone number of all my customers who purchased a particular products. The idea is to send them a text when the product comes in or a similar product is on the shelf. I would like create and send a message to those individuals in that file.

I currently used Headwinds SMS but I am open to trying a new program if needed
