Oscommerce - Adding products into database

Hi,

I am looking for someone who is able to create a script that allows me to introduce products from two different database files into my oscommerce store. The products are stored in CSV Files.

The script has to input such information as weight, description, and a price that is shown after the script applies a markup to the set price. The script also has to have such rules that stop the price going above the retail price which is included in the CSV files.

A major feature of the script should be that we are able to move entire categories from within the CSV files and import them into our own categories that we have custom created on the site. How to achieve this result with the best of the success we shall discuss with you.

We are aiming for a budget of $220.
