Have a business method/software patent to write that is based on payments via cell phones. I have done all the due diligence and looking for some one to draft the application. Exact information pertaining to the patent will be give to winning bid. Requirements include experience in drafting patents, esp. in the business methods and software fields. Again experience with cell phone and payment technology is a bonus.

I'm looking for some to draft a patent. I finished the due diligence and started drafting the patent but got side tracked with a litigation and would like to farm out finishing the initial drafting. I have not had a chance to start the detailed description or draft claims (but have an idea in my head). What I'm looking for is someone to finish what I started. Finish drafting my current application (amend as needed).
The current draft needs a detailed description, claims, and drawings. The rest of the application may need to be altered as you see fit. Drawing do not have to be official but have to be something that I can submit to a draftsman and use to review your work. I don't want to go over the allotted claim count for the basic filing fee.
This is a non-provisional application and looking for a quote just to draft the application. I will take care of the filing fees and final edit to make sure the scope is correct and everything is to the PTO's requirements.
The winning bidder will be required to sign a confidentially agreement prior to starting on the project.
