PHP, AJAX expert needed

I am developing a series of websites. Development is in its final stages. I need an experienced coder to act as a sort of "maintenance man" for my websites: to be available on rather short notice, on a case by case basis, for fixes, adjustments, advancements and improvements.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good knowledge of PHP.

- Good knowledge of AJAX.

- Good knowledge of Javascript.

- You must be a quick study of other peoples' code, having the ability to understand fast what was done and implement that knowledge for improvements and advancements.

- You must be very interested in what you are doing, showing initiative and offering suggestions on how something might be improved.

- You must have a desire to be constantly one step ahead in your knowledge of code and its implementations.

- IMPORTANT: You must be very thorough, delivering projects tested and fully functional, with all ends tied up and neatly tucked away.

- IMPORTANT: You must be able to say: "I don't know, but I'll find out."

Additionally:

- You should be fluent in English, ideally available on MSN throughout to discuss the project at hand as needed.

- You must keep deadlines.

- You must be honest to a fault.

HELPFUL KNOWLEDGE

It would be very beneficial if you were familiar with the following products, as my sites use them as backbones:
