Yesterday my project was closed an not with my action so sorry here is my project again Two programmers already said the could do it but after some weeks i dn't receive anything. so I hope that the third programmer can do the you quickly I want a script that give me an autocomplete function on a field. it is a intranet system. * an ajax autocomplete system for search an club in a db with 15.000 records. The user can search on clubname and city. I don't want to set all the data of the db in an array first. So after that the user e.g. has input 'mec' the app go to the db. Then the user choose the club or he gives anther char e.g. 'mech' than you go to the db again until he has put an club. After clicking on the submit I go to another page where I need the id of that club (without using the DB or a xml file) DB info club_id clubname city number of records +- 15.000 Featers * A variable that indicated after how many char you want a look up in the DB. When you type another char you go to the db again. * He search on 2 records on city and clubname * a variable that gives you how many records you show on screen after selecting the right record give the id to the next page in the form (so no sql in second page)
