WML plug ins work simple and easy

We are using Wordpress with the WPML plugin.

There are configuration issues that prevent us form translating the XLIFF files with OmegaT.

1) We are not getting the emails with the XLIFF files.

2) Some XLIFF files cannot be translated in OmegaT

I need someone who is experienced with the WPML plugin and understands how to use it with XLIFF files.

To save us both time, please only bid if you have experience with WPML and XLIFF. Preferably also with OmegaT.
