I have a web portal whish will be using a multi level tree marketing startegies. Please note that who ever takes this project will be responsible of supporting it from A to Z for at least one year and the cost of support will be discussed separetly. I will? be looking for 24/7 support all over the year. This is the first business for me and i will need it to be succeed it.
Please note i need the web portal to be able to support? multiple language and any stage so make sure that this option can be done at any time.
The web site should be secure against any hacker attempt and recommendation to ammend any hacker safe web site securing system will be welcome.

Most probably i will assign the final graphical interface to local graphics designer so i can have flexibility in working with them. So All the implementation can be on a text or simple graphics as what i care at thios stage is the backend of the website and the front desgin and graphics will be provided ASAP.
