DVD burn Monitor(repost)

Purpose: To log the # of burns & duration (date & time) of each burn (over 1 minute) on a single IDE DVD burner (model may be a Pioneer A04,a05 or a06). OS is Win XP Pro SP1. Operation should be a TSR, which should allow for viewing, printing and clearing (no editing) of the logfile. The TSR should allow these functions based on a key combination like CTRL-M and then request a password, before proceeding. There should be a change password feature. The log should also track the start up times of the TSR. Please cost the following option separately.... TSR should also monitor the on status of Rx line on serial port1 and log this event time and duration (if over 1 minute)
