PDF Print Driver

Project is the development of a PDF Print Driver for Windows 2000/XP (much like the driver from Adobe itself). Integration of installation and licensing components is required as part of the project. The print driver must function as a standard printer, providing a standard printer interface and generating output in PDF format. All standard PDF conversion routines must be supported, including 40/128 bit encryption, font embedding, color, graphics, etc.. Print Driver must: 1. Allow user to select destination as File or e-mail attachment. 2. Work for all users on a workstation rather than just installing user 3. Work for all users with user-rights or greater on workstation (must not depend on Power User or Administrative rights, even for temp/spool files). 4. Support multiple paper sizes and other variables as supported by the PDF library 5. Allow the user to customize security, quality, and other output settings at run-time. 6. Work with all major applications Installation Component: InstallShield Express from InstallShield Licensing Component: Modified version of ProtectionPlus from [url removed, login to view] (C++ and VB examples available) PDF Library: Licensed library (DLL and ActiveX versions available)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Windows 2000/XP. Bonus if product also works on Windows 98/Me/NT/2003
