Marketing help promoting on-line courses

I am currently offering on-line courses in German and I want to expand to the English speaking market. Therefore, I need somebody to help me promote the new site and the courses.

Some information about my business:

My main audience for the on-line courses is twofold. Mainly I aim to reach Internet programmers who want to learn PHP and MySQL. As a second audience I have secretaries, average PC users and seniors learning Word or Excel. All courses are accessible for disabled and non-disabled people. The German versions of the courses have been sold over 150 times, about one third of the participants are blind people.

some parts like the navigation may be still in German and the text may still contain some small errors since translation is in progess.

Here is what I'm searching for:

I need professional insights into the English speaking market for on-line courses. So please bid only if you have this knowledge. I want to learn how to advertise my courses on-line, how to promote the courses using my own website, Google Adwords, Forum and Usenet postings.

**Important :** I'm not looking for mere "search engine optimization". This may be an important part and it won't hurt if you have also knowledge of this. My main concern is about respectable marketing work, not just coding tricks to fool Google pushing my search results up to the first x positions.

As you can see from my buyer ratings, I am very open to any good idea and communicative. I'm looking for somebody who will have fun in bringing forward my products on the market. Good cooperation in this project may result in additional projects like this in the future.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
