Hi Action Kids Game. Multi Player On line

I want a game that is geared for ages 7 - 14. Hi speed racing game. Cool looking cars, SUV's, VAN's, Allow at least 10 to race and you tell me the maximum that can race? High Skill needed. For real top notch gamers! Make it tough for them Lots of crashes!!! Time penalties for crashes? Get creative!!! No chat between players. I don't want perverts pretending to be kids chatting with kids. The game should direct the kids when the next race should start. They can select a race track position. Race should last 5 minutes and then have 3 minutes between races to que up new racers. I am open to additional suggestions from experienced game programmers. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

You will need to tell me what is the best platform for the racing game. I will purchase the proper server! It is OK if the game takes lots of resources. Bandwidth is cheap here in the USA.
