Code a Website including iHomefinder Integration(repost)

Hi- We need someone to work on this soon, so please don't bid unless you can start work this weekend. We have a website design (in a Photoshop file) that we need coded and the site needs to be integrated with iHomefinder, a third party real estate software. The integration should be relatively easy, there is section in the admin of the iHomefinder site where you can change the style sheets and add a header and footer. We can bid this hourly if you want to.

We would prefer someone with experience with this, but will consider all coders. We would also like someone who has a good eye for design, we have a design created but if you think it needs any changes feel free to make them. We want the website coded cleanly with style sheets and we want the site to be easily editable. For example, if the client wants to add a new button, I would rather edit a header and footer file or a menu file and not have to edit every single web page to do that.
