Create Automatic Directory Listing Site

I currently have a web site that is a "Directory of Affordable Home Services" ..here is the site: <[url removed, login to view]>

This site uses the <[url removed, login to view]> pro links system to create the links. I would like to move away from using the bravehost system for my directory but I would like to still have the simplicity that their system uses for adding links, etc. I would like to be able to host and edit this all on my own server. I would like it to have a similar look ie. a single page listing all 50 states on one page plus the option to click through to listings in other countries. I want to be able to have users AUTOMATICALLY add their site to our directory through a simple "Add a link" page, and then recieve an e-mail informing me that the site has been added. I should then be able to sign in and remove or edit the link if it does not meet our criteria. In addition I would like to have the pages created be simple enough that I should be able to edit them myself after they have been created, for example to be able to add Google Adsense if I like or other paid listings. As things develop we will probably want to add more features, but the first step would be to get this initial thing done. Thanks!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

We have a Linux shared host server. Ideally it would be good if the pages created can be edited in html using a program like NVU ...
