eBay France datamining/scrape completed auctions crawler?

experienced eBay API programmer / screen scraper programmer required. French language skills may be required.
We want to scrape the information available on ebay via the completed items view. This view is available on ebay on the left hand pain and gives 25 items per page.
Via options you can see all the completed listings in green and listings that ended without a sale in red.
You can page through an entire ebay category and recover all that info, and there are tools which do it like [url removed, login to view] and certes.net. Nobody , to my knowledge, has written a parser for ebay.fr. I have tried to persuade them but they wont do it.
This info cannot be obtained via the API, I don't think? So its a parser and scrape job. Page through all the pages and grab it 25 lines at a time. Chuck it all into an mysql db or just a nice big text file and hack it about in excel.
Anyhow if you are a clever person (like me) you'll get somebody on RAC to knock one together. I need one that can do a seller drill down (all sales by selller id) or by category eg mobile home phones>accessories>mobile phone data cables > for nokia,
I dont care what its written in. ebay experience needed,
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
