Graphical representation of diary bookings from csv file

We are looking for a graphical representation of bookings in a diary, the information would be fed in by API as and when the data changes.
In short the information contained in the CSV file (can be available in most formats) is a start date, finish date, and a product.
So we need some way of having this view available using a clear GUI.
We need this work completed as soon as possible and our budget is £400
