Secure Database Program

Greetings:

Now this job is sort of a big one, so only dedicated and knowledgeable coders should bid on it. Basically, what it is I want is an extremely secure, reliable and “smart?? database setup for this business. I’m not sure if I should be running mySQL or SQL server or what, I just know that this system can’t crash/lock/corrupt or in plain English.. not work. My current hosting package is this:

If I need to upgrade something, like database room or overall webspace or anything let me know so I can do that ASAP. It must be reliable and efficient as well. So I’ll explain what this application will be doing. I need to have two parts to this system, but it will all work with the same database. One part will be the entry point and the second part with be the processing point. There will be 3 accounts for this system, one for the secretary, one for the general manager and one for me(tech support).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
