Customers can select t-shirt and custom design using tool which will be developed by you (flash with mysql DB and PHP as language)

Preference will be given to freelancers who have developed similar one and have expertise in it.
Am looking for long term relation. Need reliable team/freelancer where all my future projects (flash, PHP/Mysql) can be handled.

Need to get started on the work by Tuesday Mar 15th. I will be making selection tomorrow.
Payment will be prompt and done only on completion.
Amount will be escrowed to Scriptlance in stages and full amount released when site hosted on my server.
Progress can be shown on your demo server or i can arrange.
Cost includes transferring full source code.
The application should not contain any 3rd party software having licensing issues.
