Flash browser

Hi i want a flash browser that will look at a predefined directory on a server.. either local or remote. And will display any images or films in the directory.. we can stick to the use .jpgs for images or whatever you prefer and for films .avi or flash.. the films wont be long films but shouldnt have a problem with long films if needed? The flash file will use a preloader where necessary and display the images / films as thumbnails below the player / viewer... Not a difficult project i dont think... I like the look and layout of this type of browser.. I would like the background colour to be a deep rich red like in the browser template below On mouse over i would like a glow type highlight... i would like the image thumbnails to appear first and if it finds any in the directory ... thumbnails of the short films below them. Are you familiar with film controls in flash ? i have included a mockup of the layout i would like hope all this helps shaun

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
